At MG The Studio, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality professional hair extensions and bespoke application methods to suit every client. Please take a moment to read through our extensions policy before booking.

 Extension Methods

  We offer a full range of professional extension types, including: Tapes, Nanos, Bonds, I-Tips, Wefts, Strips, and AEROWEFT. Each method is chosen to best suit your hair type, lifestyle, and desired result.

Payments & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your fitting appointment and order your hair.

This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your fitting appointment.

Once hair has been ordered, no refunds or exchanges can be offered, even if you decide not to proceed with the service. 

 Hair Quality & Responsibility

 MG The Studio Ltd only works with high-quality professional hair from trusted suppliers. Please note that while we select reputable manufacturers, we are not the manufacturer of the hair itself.

Once extensions are fitted, the hair becomes the client’s responsibility. Any issues relating to hair quality, shedding, or performance are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not MG The Studio Ltd.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Proper aftercare is essential to protect your extensions and natural hair.

You’ll receive full aftercare advice at your fitting appointment

Maintenance appointments are mandatory to ensure the health and longevity of your extensions.

Failure to attend regular maintenance appointments or follow aftercare advice will void any fitting guarantee or future adjustment options

MG The Studio Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage or tangling caused by incorrect home care, product use, or heat styling.

Colouring & Styling

Colouring or toning extensions should only be carried out by a qualified professional and only if permitted by the hair brand used. Unauthorised colouring, bleaching, or excessive heat styling will void any warranty or guarantee.

Photos & Marketing

We love to celebrate your transformations! By booking a hair extension service, you agree that MG The Studio Ltd may take photos or videos of your hair for use on our social media and marketing platforms. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let your stylist know before your appointment begins.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and professional service:

MG The Studio Ltd is not responsible for how extensions are cared for once fitted.

Results may vary depending on hair type, lifestyle, and maintenance routine.

Any reactions, damage, or dissatisfaction relating to the hair product itself must be raised directly with the manufacturer.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. By booking a hair extensions service at MG The Studio Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies outlined above.

MG The Studio — Blow Dry Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview
   •    The Blow Dry Membership is a 12-week subscription priced at £300.
   •    Membership includes unlimited standard blow dry appointments during the 12-week period.
   •    Membership begins on the date of your first booked blow dry and expires exactly 12 weeks later.

2. Booking Policy
   •    All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to stylist availability.
   •    MG The Studio reserves the right to amend or adjust appointment times to accommodate the overall salon diary. This ensures we maintain a balanced and functional working schedule.
   •    Members are encouraged to book recurring appointments early to secure preferred time slots.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
   •    All blow dry appointments under the membership are subject to MG The Studio’s standard 48-hour cancellation policy.
   •    If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, a fee equivalent to a standard blow dry will be charged.
   •    This policy ensures there are no unbookable gaps in our stylists’ diaries and supports fair access for all clients.

4. Membership Duration & Carry-Over
   •    The membership runs continuously for 12 weeks from the start date.
   •    No extensions or carry-overs are permitted for holidays, illness, or personal circumstances.
   •    The only exception is if your stylist is unavailable (e.g. on leave, sickness, or salon closure). In such cases, missed time may be extended at MG The Studio’s discretion.

5. What’s Included / Not Included
   •    The Blow Dry Membership covers standard blow dries only.
   •    The following services are not included and will be charged separately:
   •    Hair-ups
   •    Roller sets
   •    Pin curls to be taken away
   •    Styling add-ons (e.g. treatments, curls with irons, or special event styling)

6. Punctuality
   •    Please arrive on time for your appointment.
   •    If you are late, you may be asked to wait until your stylist can fit you in, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
   •    Timely attendance is essential to keep the salon diary running smoothly.

7. Membership Use & Fair Practice
   •    The membership is non-transferable and for individual use only.
   •    MG The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if it is used in a way deemed excessive, abusive, or not in line with the intended fair use of the offer.
   •    No refunds will be issued for partial use or early cancellation of the membership.

8. Salon Rights & Amendments
   •    MG The Studio reserves the right to:
   •    Modify or discontinue the membership at any time (without affecting active memberships already paid in full).
   •    Adjust booking availability or stylist allocation where necessary.
   •    Update these Terms & Conditions; the latest version will always be available in-salon or on our website.
